There are many reasons causing the failed delivery. 客服聯繫。
Here are two solutions to deal with failed delivery orders:
1. Cancel the order and refund.
(We cannot refund the shipping fees because the order was shipped once)
2. Wait for the investigation result and reship the order: In order to avoid failed delivery again, we are not able to arrange the reshipment before having the result. It takes two to four weeks to do the investigation. Notice: depending on failed delivery reasons, we might need to charge you the shipping fees again for the reshipment.
